Launched in 2022, this program encourages consumers to return used milk packets for recycling, making a meaningful impact in reducing plastic waste. Initially introduced in Bengaluru, the initiative’s success has led to its expansion to major cities like Hyderabad and Chennai, highlighting the brand’s dedication to environmental sustainability.

Over the past two years, the program has successfully recycled more than 40,000 kilograms of plastic waste, demonstrating how collective efforts can drive substantial environmental change. Consumers participate by following three easy steps: rinsing the milk packets for 30 seconds, drying them, and placing them in a delivery bag for return. Through this initiative, Akshayakalpa empowers its consumers to actively contribute to a greener, more sustainable future.
