Parag Dairy to Relocate Near Noida Airport Under ₹101 Crore Land Deal

The Uttar Pradesh government has approved a strategic land exchange enabling Parag Dairy to relocate to Sector 32, Yamuna City, near the Noida International Airport.

Under the deal, Raphe mPhibr Pvt. Ltd., a Noida-based defence firm, will acquire 11.5 acres from Parag for ₹101 crore. In return, Parag will purchase a 10-acre industrial plot in Yamuna City and establish a four-lakh-litre-per-day processing plant, designed and built by Raphe.

“The Noida Authority board approved the exchange without any transfer fee,” confirmed Lokesh M, CEO of the Noida Authority. The Pradesh Cooperative Dairy Federation (PCDF) will sign an MoU with Raphe based on NDDB and IDMC standards for government clearance.

For Raphe mPhibr, the move expands its Noida facility from 4 to 15 acres, supporting the growth of defence manufacturing. At the same time, Parag Dairy’s relocation strengthens dairy infrastructure near the upcoming international airport and creates local employment opportunities.
