Global animal nutrition leader dsm-firmenich has announced a strategic partnership with A-Systems, the developers of Allix, a widely used feed formulation software. The collaboration aims to embed sustainability metrics directly into feed production workflows through the integration of Sustell™, dsm-firmenich’s proprietary lifecycle assessment (LCA) platform.
This move is seen as a breakthrough in aligning sustainable feed practices with operational efficiency, offering farmers, feed manufacturers, and supply chain stakeholders real-time insights into their environmental footprint.
