Axia, known for its extensive breeding programs in tomatoes, peppers, melons, cucumbers, squash, and eggplants, has built a strong distribution network under the US Agriseeds brand across North America, South America, West Asia, Africa, and Europe. Following the acquisition, Namdhari Seeds will retain the US Agriseeds brand in these regions, ensuring continuity for existing customers and distributors.
Additionally, the acquisition brings Catalyst Seeds, New World Seeds, and California Hybrids under the Namdhari Seeds umbrella, further diversifying its product offerings.
