🍦 FruBon Targets ₹300 Crore Revenue with Premium Dairy and Ice Cream Growth
Jaipur-based dairy and ice cream brand FruBon is strengthening its position in India’s organized dairy market by combining premium product innovation, farmer partnerships and a fully integrated cold chain. Founded by the Verma family, the company is now targeting ₹300 crore in revenue while expanding manufacturing capacity and retail presence.
Established in 2015, FruBon evolved from the family’s earlier milk transportation business, Dev Milk Foods, into a consumer-focused dairy brand built around quality, transparency and farmer relationships.
🥛 Building a Farmer-Centric Dairy Network
FruBon currently procures around 90,000 litres of milk daily through:
- 🐄 55 milk collection centres
- 🏡 More than 300 village-level collection points
- 👨🌾 Approximately 9,000 dairy farming families across Rajasthan
The company follows a fully digital payment system, ensuring timely payments to farmers while supporting them through vaccination drives, financial literacy programmes, cattle feed supply and rural development initiatives.
❄️ Investing in Cold Chain Excellence
Maintaining product quality remains a key focus for FruBon.
The company manages an end-to-end refrigerated supply chain covering milk procurement, processing, transportation and retail distribution, ensuring dairy products and ice creams maintain quality throughout the delivery process.
