KMF’s Nandini Sweets Hit ₹46 Cr in Festive Sales, Up 38% YoY

The Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) reported record-breaking sales of ₹46 crore from its Nandini sweets range during the 2025 Dasara and Diwali season, marking a 38% increase from last year’s ₹33.48 crore. KMF sold 1,100 metric tonnes (MT) of sweets, surpassing its 1,000 MT target. In 2024, sales had reached 725 MT. The federation credited the growth to early logistics planning and close coordination with its member milk unions.

“This milestone reflects the trust and quality Nandini has built with consumers,” KMF said.

With a daily milk procurement of one crore litres and a portfolio of over 175 dairy products, Nandini continues to expand across Indian states and into export markets. Last month, KMF also revised prices of 21 milk products, including ghee and paneer, after the government reduced GST on essential dairy items, likely boosting festive demand.

The cooperative also noted an increase in foot traffic at Nandini retail outlets and online platforms. High-margin products like Mysore Pak, Kaju Katli, and Milk Peda led festive sales. KMF plans to expand its sweet production units to meet growing demand in future festivals.
