After a successful exit from his DairyTech venture Mr. Milkman, entrepreneur Samarth Setia is setting his sights on the PropTech sector with his latest venture — Rezio, an AI-powered copilot designed to revolutionize how real estate is sold, managed, and scaled.

With a sharp focus on eliminating inefficiencies and high operational costs that plague the property sector, Rezio introduces a powerful assistant for real estate brokers, agencies, and developers, automating back-office tasks and streamlining workflows. The result? Increased productivity, faster deal closures, and significant cost savings across the value chain.

“We transformed how milk was delivered, now it’s time to transform how homes are sold,” says Setia, Founder and CEO of Rezio.

In the traditional brokerage model, real estate agents reportedly spend 70–80% of their time on non-revenue-generating administrative tasks — chasing leads, scheduling appointments, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and manually handling paperwork. These inefficiencies not only inflate costs but also lengthen sales cycles and create friction in buyer experiences.

“I saw brokers drowning in admin tasks and deals falling through the cracks,” Setia explains. “It was clear the process was broken. Rezio brings advanced AI into the mix — like giving every broker a virtual assistant that works 24/7.”

In the UAE, a competitive hotbed for luxury property, brokerage firms in Dubai are also testing Rezio to aid their agents — a strategic move that positions the startup for global PropTech relevance.

Early results from both geographies show notable time savings, improved agent efficiency, and better-qualified lead engagement, validating the product’s promise.

Samarth Setia is no stranger to modernizing legacy industries. With Mr. Milkman, he digitized the last-mile supply chain for over 80 dairy brands across India, proving how SaaS can unlock profitability in traditionally low-margin businesses. The platform was acquired in 2021 by Dairy.com (now Ever.Ag), marking one of the few high-impact SaaS exits in India’s agritech space.

“Indian dairy brands operated on razor-thin margins. The only way to grow was through efficiency driven by tech,” Setia recalls. “The real estate sector suffers from a similar pain — it’s fragmented, manual, and crying out for automation. Rezio is our answer.”


As India’s property market grows more competitive and digitized, and as global real estate players seek efficiency at scale, Rezio’s AI-first approach could offer the leverage brokers and developers need to stand out. With a proven founder at the helm and early traction in place, Rezio is positioning itself not just as a productivity tool — but as a PropTech pioneer reshaping how homes are bought and sold.
