🐄 LUVAS Researchers Receive Copyright for Dairy Animal Conception Guide

Scientists from Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (LUVAS), Hisar, have been granted official copyright by the Union Government for a practical guide aimed at improving successful conception in dairy animals.

The research-based publication is expected to support livestock farmers by promoting scientific breeding practices and improving reproductive efficiency in dairy animals.

📘 Practical Guide for Better Dairy Breeding

The copyrighted publication, titled “Assistance Register for Successful Conception in Animals,” was developed by researchers at the Haryana Animal Science Centre, Mahendragarh, operating under LUVAS.

The guide has been designed to provide practical support for dairy farmers by helping improve conception success and reproductive management in livestock.

The copyright has been jointly awarded to:

  • 👨‍⚕️ Dr. Davinder Singh
  • 👩‍⚕️ Dr. Jyoti Shunthwal
  • 👨‍⚕️ Dr. Anand Kumar Pandey
  • 👨‍⚕️ Dr. Sujoy Khanna

Their collaborative work focuses on translating scientific research into practical solutions that can benefit dairy producers.

🌱 Supporting Scientific and Profitable Dairy Farming

LUVAS Vice-Chancellor Prof. Vinod Kumar stated that the research material was developed keeping the needs of farmers at the forefront.

He noted that the guide is expected to provide a new direction for scientific, efficient, and profitable dairy farming by improving reproductive management and supporting better livestock productivity.

The initiative reflects the growing emphasis on research-driven innovations that can strengthen India’s dairy sector through improved animal health and breeding practices.
